Terms of service

Payment process

• All payments are made through PayPal invoice.

• Full payment or a 50% upfront payment is required, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

• The final delivery will only be made after full payment is received.

• For large commissions, we can arrange a payment plan. Contact me for more details.

• No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

Workflow

1. We’ll discuss the illustration details and references via email or WhatsApp, and set review dates.

2. You’ll receive a PayPal invoice and a PDF document with the final price, payment terms, workflow, and delivery timeline.

3. I’ll send you an initial sketch where you can request adjustments. For book covers, you can specify a font or let me choose one.

4. During the sketch and painting phases, you have up to three free revisions.

   • You're free to request changes during the sketch phase.

   • Once the painting begins, major changes (such as redesigning characters or backgrounds) will count as a new commission and incur an additional cost.

   • Once the final sketch is approved, I’ll proceed with the painting.

5. At the end, you’ll receive the files via email or Google Drive.

Urgent and commercial work

• Rush order: +50% of the total price (delivery in less than a week).

Personal use illustrations

The final product is for personal use and includes rights for reproduction and public display.

• You may print the illustration for personal use, share it on social media or blogs, as long as it’s unmodified and non-commercial.

Commercial use

• Distribution rights (+100% of the total price): Allows you to sell or rent the illustration. You must credit me as the artist in any medium where it’s shared.*

• Exclusivity (+200% of the total price): Full buyout of rights. You may use the illustration without restrictions.

*Book covers and book interior illustrations prices already include distribution rights.

Legal information

• I retain the rights to all my commissions unless you’ve paid for exclusivity.

• I may use the artwork in my portfolio and on social media.

• The character and story idea belong to you; I won’t monetize them through prints, merchandise, or other products.

Unless you have purchased commercial or exclusive rights:

• 1. You may not sell or trade my artwork in any form (merch, prints, NFTs, etc.).

  2. You may not use it in published materials or in physical/digital marketplaces.

  3. You may not modify the illustration in any way.

  4. You may not use it to train AI

FAQ

Can I use your work for…?

✅ Wallpaper or tattoo → Yes, no problem.
✅ School project → Yes, with proper credit.
✅ Personal blog → Yes, as long as it’s unmodified and includes a link to my site or social media.
❌ Sale or commercial use → Only if we’ve agreed on terms beforehand.
